Cool Paint Code Help Please!

It has been taking me weeks of research and Lexus dealers have been giving me wrong paint. I have my 8 year old 1995 LS400, the color is the popular Alpine Silver (199) but the cladding or trim is a gray color that no one can understand.

My color code label on the car says

199/LC13

No one understand what LC13 is. The dealer tried give me C23, it doesn't work.

Any Idea?

LC13 is the "TR" code, which I believe stands for interior trim color. There is a chart that shows what cladding color goes with which body color by year. My dealership used it to figure out what cladding my black '96 ES has.
