Smile DIY of Strut Brace bar

I have search it for a long long time, but no result.
So, I do it by myself.

got the plated brace today.(06.01.2009)

Nice...that is a lot of machine time. If ya have it...why not use it.

I could make lots of nice parts if I had a CNC mill. Earlier today a buddy and I were talking VMC's. Not exactly typical garage tools though. Our neighbors would hate us.
