My ride is an 07 460, my neighbor has an 08 460 (my recommendation, I converted him to Lexus) I have driven both cars. The only difference I have noticed is the B pillar is shaped differently at the front doors. On the 07 the B pillar meets the drivers arm rest, on the 08, the B pillar is shaped differently. The reason is that when you get in, you will rub on the B pillar, so they removed the obstruction in 08. I have been under the hood on both and this is the only noticeable difference. They are identical.
