I have a 2007 Lexus LS460L. Does anyone know where the starter is located on this vehicle?

I believe it's under the passenger side exhaust manifold.

I've checked on google. Haven't found any help. I saw a few other Lexus vehicles, where it was on top of the motor. Under everything.

I heard some older models had the starter in the "V" but not the current ones.

It is under the pass exhaust manifold as stated - I recommend using a denso starter. Check rock auto etc for best price. Cost $200 or so

Thank you everyone. I really appreciate your help. It was on the passenger side under body just like you said. Thanks again.

Will the false starts from my car. Because of the starter clicking sometimes. Will that throw a check engine light on my dashboard? ?

Check the connections to starter too - sometimes they get loose.
