Wheel Sizing
Hello guys, I recently got a used 2008 LS460L and am starting to look into some aftermarket wheels. I found a good used set but don't know much about the specs that will fit on this vehicle. The wheels I am looking at are 20x9.5 +20 in the front and 20x11.5 +25 for the rear. I just wanted to know if someone with a bit more experience can tell me if I can fit these wheels with little to no modification. I would like to be able to return it to OEM easily at anytime.
I have looked in the Wheels and Tires sticky but don't see many with 11" + wheels in 20" diameter and 10.5 seems to be about the most common for the rear. I noticed that a lot of them have higher offset as well. If anybody can give me some input on what I should be looking for it would be great. I'm looking for 20" wheels and going to be using a Data Systems lowering module.
Thanks in advance,
Alex

Don't think those will fit well, way too aggressive. I'm runnng 20x9 et35 front and 20x10.5 et45 rear and they fit perfectly. If I decide to lower the car the wheels will clear just fine. Others are running more aggressive setups but I don't think what you want to run will work without some fender modifications.

Those, IMO will fit I run a 20x9 +15 fronts and a 20X10.5 +15 rear. After lowering and "natural" camber they fit nicely. You will have to shave the rear fenders and roll the fronts. Most on the LS part of this forum don't like the style. To each their own...
Also, another thing I would recommend is since you have a LWB, 21s would look much more fitted. On a SWB, 20s are fine. JMO...

That's what I'm worried about. I would love to try on the wheels but the seller is about 3-4 hours away. Should I be looking for higher offsets? I'm pretty much looking for a range of specs that will fit the vehicle without modifying.
I am looking for a somewhat aggressive setup but I don't want to have to camber it other than the normal camber from lowering about an inch or so. I don't want to loose much of the ride quality.

Do you think I'll have to roll and shave a lot? Does your setup rub GR6RR? Sounds like you have nice set up, do you have any pictures?
Yeah the 21's do look great. But the tire options are so much more limited compared to 20's. Tire prices are big difference too. Maybe one day lol.

I had to roll fronts, and shave rears. I do most of the work myself, so paying someone else to do something I can do myself... doesnt fit my bill.
I'm on coilovers, I did rub when I had the dampening set to about 16 clicks and the stock springs the coilovers came with. I ordered swift spring upgrades for front and rear and set my dampening at 2 clicks from full stiff. rubbadubbdubb is gone.
I have no pictures worthy of posting.... I do have some a picture in the Pics of your LS right now thread...
