Default Headlight aim specs.

Can anyone point me to a Lexus specification for high and low headlight beam aim for 2010 LS460?

Oh come on folks. Surely someone with access to the 2010 LS shop manual can attach a copy of the page that tells how to aim the headlights. I had an accident that wiped out the headlights and the Toyota dealer that repaired it (nearest Lexus dealer 100 miles away) doesn't know how to aim them.

I will try to help....... Go to www.manualslib.com and Search for Lexus LS460 then look for the 120 page manual and go to page 99.
Sorry I can't post the link (I am at work) but the aim specs are there.

You should have auto leveling headlights. Do they go through the movements when you start the car up?

That's just auto-leveling. Not aiming. The auto-level is what keeps your headlights aimed properly during different loads, etc depending on level sensor readings.
In my opinion the factory Lexus LS aim is way too low. But I haven't gotten around to re-aiming my headlights just yet.
OP, you can manually aim them the quick and dirty way by doing the following: Park your car 25' from a flat wall on level ground. Then aim the lights to be the exact same height as the height from the ground to the headlights on the car itself. The drivers side beam should also be slightly lower by about 2.1 inches if I remember correctly. You should be good to go at that point.

Yes, I have the auto leveling and it goes through its dance when I start up but settles with the top cut-off of the low beams pointed at the ground about 25 feet in front of the car with a black hole beyond that.
