I believe the answer to this question is subjective to installer. An experienced installer should have no problem mounting a tire on a step lip or reverse lip wheel regardless. As for the TPMS sensor, that application is static across the board and is the same method as the OEM wheels. The most 'complexity' as I have seen comes with valve stem application and those that align themselves behind even the farthest edge of the the spokes, but even that, there's a fairly easy work around.
