Power door closers not working. Any ideas on how to fix that. Thank you. On an 08 Lexus 600 HL. Trunk works well with the push of that button.

That's odd, are all four doors not working? You have to let the door latch on to the anchor before the power closer will go to work.

LOL, when I first read about power door closers many years ago, I thought they would swing the door shut from any angle, much like the trunk closer

When i got my 07 i found the drivers side doors didnt soft close. The passengers side both do. I checked everything.

Lexus wanted over 1000 to replace both closers. I seen some rebuilt ones on ebay but its not worth the effort to replace them. I am guessing the drivers side got the most use so they wore out or got slammed too many times.

Have you checked the fuse? With all 4 doors out, I doubt it's actuator related but more of an electrical problem.

jud149 beat me to it, as in was going to make mention of fuses.
There was a thread some time ago speaking to a very similar issue, and of memory serves, a blown fuse was the culprit.
If I can find the thread, I'll be sure to post it for you.
