2 ways to go at this
Lexus sells the entire knuckle with ball joint for $425 or you can buy a Febest ball joint 0120-USF40F for $15.95 from Amazon. Also, I'm impressed you got it out/can u post ur technique?
Is the reason why you're replacing because the boot was damaged during removal of the lower rear control arm?

I take it you need it right now...no parts stores had it I take it? I'd probably call the dealer, how much could they possibly charge for a ball joint?
I notice the Beck Arnley control arm boxes...brings back memories...I have 20,000 miles on BA aftermarket arms and they're doing fine.

If you do a search I addressed this issue. If you turn the lower rear control arm perpendicular you will have unobstructed access to a flat surface. Strike it with a hammer and it will fly off the ball joint...ez as pie. I posted dissassembly and assembly instructions for each arm

Great to know! I was only going to replace the bigger lower control arms, but once I got everything out, all the bushings were busted or worn, so ended up buying all 8 new control arms. I've worked on quite a few cars but the LS460 takes the cake on being a PITA to replace control arms. The frustration over the past 2 days has made me almost give up on this car.

Heat is your friend I actually planned on changing mines because the rubber boot was busted but I have sitting in my garage got em off of eBay do you still need the part number for the lower ball joint?? They need to be pressed in or out beat the crap out of em won't help much and can be time consuming.
