I have brown floor mats in mine and that's what came with the car originally. I've been wondering about the premium mats that were offered as optional, but wasn't sure if the gray color would work well...it kind of looks like it would match the alabaster interior.
Check out the Lloyd Luxe Mats. They are luxurious, and come in many colors. They are a great alternative for the OEM premium mats, but without the logo. AutoAnything and CarID will send color samples to check before ordering.

^ I have a set of the mats. Had the set on for about 2 months time. Then decided to switch back to my originals. I like the originals better because of the little spikes underneath the carpet, they help keep the carpet in place along with the hooks. The luxe mats, are like a rubber slip resistant type. Only the hooks to hold them in place, which is my only complaint. They are much thicker than the originals and well of course much newer and cleaner jmo

No issues with slipping mats for me. All four mats have holes that align with the locking anchors on the floor. That's why one has to order the mats specific for their vehicle. The anchor locations are different between 2012 and 2014, and perhaps for other years too.

Yeah I don't see how the mats slipping would be an issue with Lexus' new anchor system.

The mats are nice. Just my preference on this specific issue. The anchors lock onto the original hooks, they even provide new hooks with purchase of these mats. I feel the spikes help tremendously with keeping the original mats in its position. Again, just personal preference.
