Flipping finally! Geico agreed, after seeing the full estimate to total the car. The big two items were the frame rail and the engine harness was cut. I'm going to start shopping in the next week or two, although, I am no longer stuck on another LS460 necessarily. I have a shorter commute now so I will also be checking out the FJ Cruiser (not really a truck guy but I love the look and think they will be collectible one day) and I will also be checking out the Fiesta ST just because it is too cool imo. If neither of those jumps out at me then I will do another LS460, this time long wheelbase, for now.

My cousin has an FJ that he loves. Not my sort of thing, but its a great platform.
If you want a more "Lexus" feel, look at a GX...the GX and FJ are on the same platform.

Nope, the car is gone, insurance will take it from the Lexus body shop. The option would be there if I wanted to keep it, but this isn't really the kind of car you do that with. I'm going to check out the FJ and Fiesta today. I am sure the FJ will be less comfortable than the GX, as I've driven the GX before, I just don't think that the GX has the cult following or "cool factor" that makes the FJ so appealing.
