I've had amazing work done by my local Discount Tire store. Believe it or not, they will fix a flat tire (if the tire is repairable, and doesn't have a sidewall issue) for FREE, and they are very speedy and respectful of my Lexus "baby." They will also rotate my tires for FREE, whether I bought them from Discount Tire or not. Their customer service (in my area) is unmatched, and they have found a tire customer for life with their outstanding service. Not sure if this is their nationwide policy or not, but around where I live, they rock!
They make their money by selling tires, which they will quickly recommend if they determine your tread is thin or you have a punctured sidewall from a nail/etc. They do match any published tire price, though (even Costco), and I've found their work to be very good.

There's a new Discount Tire popping up near me. I'll consider them next round. I knew the Toyota Dealership I bought the car from put new tires on the back. Lexus told me the fronts were close to changing. Think I'll run them a bit longer and see what Discount can do for all 4 replaced.
