The Lexus Drivers Site is a complete mess. A lot of functions simply do not work. Have been trying since July to get various Service Connect issues resolved but nothing works on the Service Connect tab. The subscription function does not work. Vehicle Health Report does not work. You would think Lexus would hire some competent software people. Evidently they did not test this out before putting it out there. Going to call Lexus tomorrow. Have called them 3 times already. But do not have much hope I will get any answers other than "We are aware of the problems."
