Default New LS 460 Owner maybe?

I made a deal to buy a 2007 LS 460 L with 115k for 20k out the door but the dealership reneged on the deal.. They were supposed to put 2 Michelin tires on the front and also provide an additional key because the vehicle only had one..

Anyway long story short I walked away from the deal after wasting a week waiting for them to fulfill their obligation and found this deal at Carmax 2010 LS 460 with comfort pack.. $28,000 with Max care
Total out of the door.

About 3K too much. Hope they're throwing in a nice warranty with that.

This 2010 seems like a very nice car. I think it is a very rare one because it has power rear reclining (and massaging?) seats on a SWB, RWD model. So, is it 28K OTD including TTL and comprehensive warranty? Seems like a decent deal, although I think it is high given the high mileage.

How's the Lexus service history, Carfax and Autocheck? Check NADA and KBB pricing. Given its rarity, there may be very few of these around for true comparison pricing. If the power rear seats are not important for you, I think you will be able to find much better deals for 28K.

OK, I still think 28K is on the higher side. Note that this car does not have power rear window shades even though it has the Lux package.

LS460L UltraLuxes are quite rare. I think they are out there, you just have to search diligently. I don't think you will find them below 30K though. If you really want an UltraLux, keep looking. Don't settle. You are spending a lot of money, so get ALL the features you really want.

Yes, my 2014 UltraLux has these same controls just arranged a bit differently: the seat heat/ventilation and massage buttons are also on the main panel as well as the window shade buttons.

Too bad about the red 2010 UltraLux. With TTL and warranty, you would have paid well over 30K.

You really don't need the rear window sun shades, never really met anyone that uses them, just tint your windows. And for the rear passenger seating package.. Unless your buying the car to be driven in, other than that my two daughters just uses it as their command center. Don't worry about the mileage Lexus/Toyota drive forever lol..

My sons (14 and 11) ride in the comfortable rear seats. They use all the features, especially the recline feature. Massager is more of a gimmick. On long trips, we hook up DVD players, and the rear window shades are absolutely indispensable (I have 35% tint on all windows).

Of course, I wish I could be enjoying those spacious rear seats, but I am having too much fun driving the beauty

I have 15% tint and two daughters under the age of 5 but I'm only 28 by the time my kids get to that age I'd probably end up with a Toyota Sienna lol

LOL, I bought a Sienna 11 years ago for getting thru the early years. We removed a middle row seat for changing diapers on the floor! As the boys get older, they no longer think the Sienna is cool, plus I can now afford the LS I always dreamed of!

BTW, 15% tint is illegal for front windows in Missouri, maybe even the rear windows. Good luck!

Yea haven't has any problem with cops with the tint in KC. probably because my car is registered in another state as well. I have pulled off telling them that I purchased the car like this on my cadillac cts and my h2 and I usually get let go, but one time in my acura I wasn't so lucky, I just got a fix it ticket and went to my friends tint shop and he wrote me a receipt that he had "change" them to legal tint and off I went to court to present my receipt and I was off the hook, hell unmarked police cars here tint probably 10%- 15% plus the windshield.

Thats all around 10% tint on the h2

You are leading a charmed life, my man! All power to you

You must also look cooler than Mark Wahlberg driving your "blacked out" vehicles
