no soft close !!!!
so I had some angry young lady slam my door and later i noticed the soft close no longer works it not that serious since its the back door but is it a easy fix?

I wonder if you disconnect battery and reconnect if it will work again..never heard of that happening before..dang

Yeah I wonder what the doors do without it? So all the doors work except for one? But the latch and lock assembly are just fine?

My son routinely slams his door shut - drives me bonkers - but I haven't had any problems with it yet. I wonder if something shifted out of alignment ever so slightly, causing it not to engage the soft close feature?

Yah just the one rear passenger side door everything works fine it's a little harder to open from the inside ... Damn females lol

It took me 2 years to realize I had that option !!! (yeah-yeah... hold your guns !)
So many door slamming... but they still work !

When i got my 07 n one of the drivers side doors soft close. The passenger side all do. When i took it to the dealership for a check in i asked about the doors. The cost to replace both closers was about 2k.
Well so much for that.
