'13 vs '12 opinions

I like the anonymity of the LS460, it's styling is modern enough to be current, but it's not flashy. And since I do shuttle customers around occasionally it's subtle enough to not scream "expensive import".
I wouldn't worry too much about what other people think---we've all bought our LS460s because we understand the value proposition.
If I cared what others thought I'd be driving a Benz or BMW.

I agree. I just want the LED DRL, LED turn signals and interior..but it's not worth that big of a price gap. I'll just keep my 12 and wait for the new new body coming out and get one when I can swing it (if I like it)

13+ are nice, especially the F-Sport.
And while i'd rather have the updated car, It wasn't something that was worth the 65% price premium to me ($43,000) compared to ($26,000) that I paid for my '10. Neither being a CPO, which sit at least 10%+ higher than listed prices.

I really really really like the 13's & newer body styles...however couldn't justify the almost-double price tag (Dallas area price range). I have a 2010 LS460, the year it was refreshed and it does the job just fine. No significant difference with regards to driver expererience. You can find a 2011-2012 in the low $30s with good low mileage as an alternative....if you can spring the $$, go for a 13 or newer. But the "best bang for the buck" would be a 10-12 model is my take.
