L/Certified Leasing - Dealer Pricing?
Hi, Friends! I'm currently looking at moving from my 2008 LS460 to a 2013+ model. I'm looking at two vehicles at two different dealerships - one F-Sport and one not. Both priced at $53,900. I requested a quote for a 24 month lease with nothing down. The F-Sport dealership came back at $966 and the other came back with $872.
I did expect them to be slightly different assuming a separate residual amount, but not nearly that much. Both models have identical options with the only difference being the F-Sport. Neither dealership disclosed the MF.
Am I missing something here? Any help would be appreciated!

Get the residual, MF, and cap cost with the breakdown of all fees and taxes. There is a separate thread about leasing CPO vehicles and all of us wondering how the residuals and rates are set. For a 54k car, those payments are horrible.

I know nothing about leasing, but it would seem to me if both cars are priced at $53,900 then the lease price should be identical. It seems that you would prefer the F Sport. I would just tell that dealer the price at the other dealer and tell him if he matched it you have a deal.
It wouldn't hurt to hand him a check with the first month's lease payment. It would be very hard for the salesman to give you that check back.

I've requested the lease factors, so, we shall see. The F-Sport does have 10,000 more miles. I thought both numbers seemed high, too, despite nothing down and a 15,000 mile lease. For the price point, I'd consider a GS but it just hurts my heart a little.

FYI, my lease payment on my LS, bought new is $950. 48 Months.
