L/Certified 2011 LS 460 L AWD with 49000 miles
Anybody knows how much could this car cost approximately. Only one owner. And if I should be looking at something in special. Was any recall on this year or any problems with a suspension or any other parts, etc.

Auction prices are 26K or so on average and retail 32K for that mileage. You will do very well i think if you got it for 28k-30k depending on condition...

I found your car and saw they are asking 37K. Have you negotiated yet? That's a high price but it is also a regional issue sometimes. Here in Socal these cars are cheaper. I just got a 2012 certified with 29K miles (sport package, non L base) for 38.9K without negotiating (it was asking price) and I thought it was a fair deal considering auction prices were around 36K for that mileage. See if you can get the car for 32K. You may also consider getting it from out of state but that's a pain.

I'm just back from the dealer. The car is in good shape but we could not agree in the price. The used card manager asked for 34k but I'm a little upside down on my current lease and did not like the price. I'll wait for another opportunity in the future. Thanks all for your comments.

Sounds like you made the right move for yourself. If the dealership wants to move the car, I'm sure they know how to find you. Stick to your guns and the right car will come your way.

Pretty well loaded, clean Carfax, looks like new.

Three weeks ago I bought L/S Certified 2011 LS460L (26,700 miles). The car is equipped with ML audio, air suspension, Pre collision, dynamic laser cruise and automatic parking system.
I paid 37K. The car was absolutely clean, inside and out. Might have paid a little more based on current auction prices, but being CPO is a peace of mind.
