So my lexus likes to play with my feelings...

Just a shot, but did you clean out the insides of the battery clamps? Even if they look clean there can be a thin film that obstructs full connectivity. Use a fine grit sandpaper to clean them.

Sometimes you'll get a traction control light/abs when going over rough surfaces because the wheel speed sensor will transmit a fault when the tire lifts off the ground and the computer sees a value that doesn't compute with the other wheels. This is usually short and temporary - once the wheel settles and the computer reads normal values for a short period of time, the light should go out. I've experienced this before - I've also seen this with tires that are worn and lose traction...even different brand tires will do this on some systems.
There is a big difference between this and a hard fault like a torn ABS wire.
If the light stays on, why not just read the codes? It will point you in the right direction, it's probably a bad wheel speed sensor. If it is a wheel speed sensor, you'll have to replace the hub and wheel bearing assembly - they're pretty reasonably priced (aftermarket) - I just replaced one of mine last month for $150.

It's going to cost you to take it to the dealer...let's say it's just a wheel bearing/sensor, they'll charge you $700 plus to put it in...and if you say no they'll charge you $90 for diagnosing your problem. Most places can easily pull that code and fix it for half the price. If it's something more serious a trusted independent will tell you he can't do it and you should take it to the dealer (and because he won't fix it, he might not charge you anything for pulling your code).

Yeah, headed out to Lexus this morning for them to run the codes but asked for a quote and they told me $183 just to read my codes! So I called up my friend who knows a friend with a nice and pretty tool to run my codes. He ran the codes and here what came up.

I had him cleared the codes. Wanted to see if the lights would come back on. I turned the car off and turned it back on and the lights came back on. Had him run the codes again and only one code came on. C1391.

It sounds like you need a brake actuator, it's a common problem on these cars. If that is the case, they sell them on eBay for $700...a new one from Lexus is $3000.
I can't believe the dealer was going to charge you $183 to pull that code, they should be ashamed of themselves...gets me sick.

It's all about the bucks for dealerships. Like R Z stated dealers aren't in the business of charity.
