Default Wheel hub bearing going bad?

I hope someone can steer me in the right direction. I have a 2011 with 42k. While doing a front brake job, I noticed that the driver’s side wheel hub while rotating it sounded noisy, it did not rotate as smoothly when compared to the right side. I have also noticed while driving that their is a slight humming noise from the front but always attributed it to the Bridgestone Turanazas. Maybe it is the tires and I just over reacting. Is this normal for the hub? Here is a video clip with sound. Is this wheel hub going bad? Thanks

Thanks for your reply. Did you do it yourself or did you have Lexus do the replacement, and what was the cost. It is really hard to isolate the noise while driving, which makes it hard for the dealership to aknowledge there is a problem with the bearing. The car is under CPO warranty, but the noise is not that bad right now. I could show them the video, but all they will say is the noise has to be confirmed. Either I wait until the noise it gets worse, or just could do the job myself.

Well I wanted to do mine , but the heat of the bearing added with corrosion made it hard to remove. So I took it to the independent shop and had them do it. If I had done it earlier it would've pop right off instead of needing a torch and a sledgehammer to remove it. In hindsight when the next one goes I'm going to fix it right away instead if procrastinating .
