Factory inserts for the factory blades. I replaced mine shortly after buying the car. The originals had been on the full 7 years (LA/Sacramento car that rarely saw rain) and still weren't in horrible shape, although they had a few small cracks. The new ones work perfectly and maintain the look of the OE blades without buying expensive new blades.

PIAA hands down!

you have to pay dearly for them initially, but they leave the driest surface i've ever experienced in a wiper blade.

Now after 12 months i'm just starting to see streaks again, but these have seen a lot of rain and a brutal last winter.

Replacement inserts only cost in the $8-$12 range...

Recently replaced my wiper with Toyota Sightline. Excellent blades and most name brands should do the job.

I second this motion. And less expensive than most other options probably.

The factory Lexus blades are the best I've tried. PIAA are just as good, but really only just as good.

FYI, PIAA refills will fit in the stock wiper arm. No need to buy the whole arm.

Yep, almost makes me wonder if the OEM Lexus blades ARE PIAA blades. They perform almost exactly the same, fit in each other's wiper arms, etc.

Have any of you guys used Bosch Icon's on the LS? I used them on my old Audi and they were excellent. I've also used them on other cars in the family, but I don't think I've seen anyone using them on the LS.
Also, any recommendations for winter wipers?

I have used the Icons a bunch of times, nowhere near as high quality or long lasting as the OEM ones or the PIAA ones.

For winter, the OEM ones are a solid arm, they're fine.

I use the Trico Flex Beam wiper. They work good and they look good on my black on black ls460.
