Just for fun......

You've been told that your car cannot be repaired and you must select a replacement. There are no LS460's ANYWHERE. What are you shopping for?

Aaaaannnnd GO!

Me first.

I'm taking a serious look at the Hyundai Equus or KIA K900 or Genesis Sedan 5.0 R Spec

Either patiently wait to see what the new ls is gonna look like, get 13 or 14 460 or switch it up and get something sporty for now..

I would probably get a new 7 Series assuming an S Class would be out of my reach.

If I were going for another daily, then S-class would be top pick followed closely by the 7 series. In fact, in a few yrs once I get further in my career I would hopefully pick up an S as my DD .

For now though, knock on wood that doesn't happen! The 460 has been excellent so far!

Definitely not an Equus. Looking at the depreciation and how poorly the interior holds up to use, it'd be last on my list. Actually, it's more about how the interior wears. It looks like the leather and buttons do very poorly, which is not something I'd want. Furthermore, since it's not a car backed by a luxury brand, I'm not really sure how well you'd be treated versus an Audi, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, or even Acura dealership. I'd be more inclined to get the more-popular Genesis, with its extremely peppy 5.0 V8.

I would probably go for an Audi A8, Nissan GTR or the RC-F on the other end of the scale.

I've been a fan of the 2012 Audi A8, but reliability and pricing for the features I'd want remain concerns. I like this one:

It's around $10K more than I'd want to spend... I've no idea if the asking price is a good deal.

A new Honda Accord. It all about reliability like the 460.
