Sport / Normal /Comfort
The suspension dampening switch on my 2010 LS 460 L does nothing but light the appropriate indicator lights. I can feel no difference in ride or handling from one position to another and having owned three Corvettes I know what sport suspension feels like. I have asked rear seat passengers if they can feel any difference as I switch back and forth and they can feel no difference either. My servicing dealer, Lexus of Shreveport (LA), says it is operating properly. Can anyone provide the wiring diagram for the connections to the air shocks so that I can measure the signals to see if the system is actually controlling the damping? Can anyone recommend one of the Dallas area dealers who would be more competent?

What tire pressures and tires are you using? I've found tire pressure is a big factor in how the sport\normal\comfort calibration feels. When running at say 39PSI cold the different suspension settings don't seem to make much difference. When running at 33PSI cold there is a big difference in the settings. This is coming from a 600hl though.

I had a problem with my LS and I could no longer tell the difference. My RR shock and actuator had to be replaced. There is a difference in how the car ride and you should be able to feel it between positions and if not you may have a suspension problem. I've used Lexus of Shreveport and never had an issue with them. Sewell Lexus in Dallas is great and I've used them also.

When I go from Normal to sport..it's a change within 1 or 2 seconds. .definitely a difference. Comfort..that's a different scenario and I can't tell much a difference from stock
