I don't understand your point.

His review of the Pirellis is positive they're just not 100% the type of tire he's looking for.

So did you keep these tires? I am on the fence on which ones to get. I like the reviews that it gets. I am in KS too and yes no snow where i live yet. I have the Pilot HX MXM4 run flats. They are good on corners but tire noise is high. They came with LS460 and are only over a year old.

Yep, I kept them. The Pirelli CINTURATO P7 All Season Plus are a very good tire. If they had a stiffer sidewall they would be great. I like the quiet ride the best. I have had them in the one snow we had in Kansas this year (so far) and they worked just fine. Actually, equal too or better than the Michelin Pilot HX MXM4. If you want a quiet, soft and very good wet tire, you won't be disappointed. I am betting they will feel much different than your Pilot HX MXM4 run flats. I am pretty sure those have a stiffer sidewall than the CINTURATO P7. So just be aware of that.

Thanks for the update. The HX do good on cornering but the tire noise for me is high. I had the Serenity Plus on my older LS400 and i liked them. They just didnt do very well i felt in the wet.
