Looking into purchasing a 460 very soon and I want to know does all models play dvd? or only certain models?

I believe all years have the option. First you need to have the ML system. Look at the head unit. It will have the DVD symbol on the head unit and he good

Yes. You need the ML system. The DVD logo is hard to see in pictures, so look for the Mark Levinson logo on the head unit, which is very visible once you know what you're looking for.
