Drip Rail Removal
From the picture you can see my drip rails are peeling. This seems to be a common problem on many Lexus models. Although I've searched, is there a DIY posted on removing the drip rails on the LS460? I don't want to bend these $300 pieces.
After removal, I plan to peel off the laminate, remove any adhesive, and leave it the natural chrome finish. I have the plastic trim removal tools. Has anyone removed their drip rails? Which end/side do you pry first? What about the windshield and rear window areas - do they come off from the window side first?

All I can say is have some replacement clips handy, not saying they will break but they are plastic so have some handy just in case, they are two different types and you should be able to find them on clips and fasteners. The website and search..
