I've been to Lexus of Orland several times and each time I left dissatisfied. I've been there for appraisals, parts and service and I vowed a long time ago to never return. I too have found them extremely cocky, unhelpful and condescending. I now only deal with McGrath Lexus of Westmont, though I LOATHE McGrath of Chicago on Division. They've taken care of me like no other dealership. This reminds me that I need to visit them this weekend at their BBQ. Hopefully you get these creaks and sounds taken care of. I have one of my own and I hate how they come and go just before you drive into service.
