It's a Wrap! - One Shiny Lexus LS 460L

One thing I love about fellow car enthusiasts, such as you lovely people, is that they enjoy automobiles so much that they'll modify any of them to make them more unique. It doesn't matter what kind of vehicle it is, either. Customizers will tweak sports cars, crossovers, trucks, and SUVs - even big-bodied sedans, too.

Thats something that was done at the dealer that services my car. JM Lexus. I saw the car there a little over a year ago and didnt like it then and still dont. Someone did end up buying it as it was so there's something for everyone.

I might be a minority here but I like it. Yeah unique and surely grabbing a lot of attention. I actually see a super car wrapped like this in Beverly Hill and I can confirm that the pictures do not do much justice because it looks a lot better in person.

I am thinking of wrapping my car in blue chrome like this in the future.

After wrapping my roof, I understand why a vinyl wrap costs just as much as a paint job.

Yea, thinking the same thing. It's not my taste either but, for what it is, it looks interesting but, I agree if it was black, not like a mirror finish, I would like it... maybe...

Well, ole 7milesout will arise from the DarkSide and say … I like it! There's a custom shop here locally that the dude's wife car is, either a GS or ES, I forget. But he blue wrapped it shiny like that Lambo. And yes, it does look good. It is a real attention grabber.

I wonder 2 things, what my Smokey Granite would look like in Smoky Granite Shiny Wrap, and what it would look like with the most neon blue I could get it. The problem I think is that, a) because mine is an 'L' it would be a huge amount of blue. It might look too big. And b) I certainly don't want to pay for it. It's not that I'm cheap (but yes I am), but I'd rather pay for additional toys, than for some really expensive mod to my existing toys.

Rick, I guess you didn't notice that the original post was 5 years ago and the OP hasn't been here in 4 years. Don't hold your breath for an answer!

I have been thinking that my silver LS would look really good with a pearl over it, and so I have been looking for a clear tinted vinyl wrap that will give that appearance. Not sure if that sort of thing exists.
