07 to 2013 front end conversion

Does anyone know if converting to a 2013 front end do you have to replace radiator support or would the headlight, hood fenders and bumper bolt up to the 2007 support with some fabrication?

You'll need some fabrication work - not too much though. Good luck if you end up going down that route
