Default 2007 LS-460 passenger seat repair

My passenger lowered the passenger seat to almost flat, unfortunately there was something in the rear floorboard that caught the corner of the seat and ripped it! See photo attached.
2 questions
1) Does anybody know how to remove the seat back, or where I may find instructions?
2) Are seat replacement parts available from Lexus?

Ugly tear!

I would check with a detail shop in your area. That looks like an easy repair.

The plastic trim piece should be available from Lexus. Figure about $150-250. You might get lucky and find one at a wreckers yard - do you have an auto insurance agent that could help you locate one? Alternatively, an auto interior repair guy could make it look good for a couple of years but those repairs don't last forever.

I had hoped to do this myself if there is a diagram of the seat anywhere on line? Or maybe even a Lexus diagram with part numbers? I am sure there is, but just as sure Lexus doesn't give access? The corner piece seems separate from the map pouch, I got my fingers under it, and it loosened a little, but I am afraid to pull any harder!

Sewell Lexus has diagrams + part numbers + ability to order. Discount for ClubLexus members too...

Well, I guess the entire seatback and side is one piece:

$191 if you're feeling flush!
