I spend a lot of time in Asia, this is a Chinese thing too! The Chinese also do the neck roll thing like the junction produce neck rolls. Personally I don't like the neck rolls, I think they look cheesy. It's my opinion.

I did see this in Japan and really didn't understand it but I was explained it is a cultural thing. It’s didn’t look bad just different then most North American tastes.
That being said I think the only way is to get a hold of a Japan dealer and see if they will ship it to you but I bet it will be 1000$+ based on conversion and shipping. Part number is: A4T0 and they sell for 68000YEN

One thing to observe is that Asian culture/people like to be very clean more than most people/cultures
I hope I don't sound bias, but I did grow up doing spring cleaning every week....not just spring.
they had these on the century's and stuff from the 8/90's i think.
I think these would function great for those who don't clean/detail their interiors
