I have a 2010 AWD and am hearing the same noise. I just picked the car up three days ago. I made a service appointment with Bay Ridge Lexus in Brooklyn. Let's see how this goes

I noticed when driving this weekend if a road has a drop off or a bump that both tires hit it sounds like the rear suspension bottoms out (thud sound).

I had to take the car back to the dealer for them to fix some scratches and I mentioned this to them. I told them I wanted it checked out.

Our sales person said he spoke with the tech and he claimed the for the "AWD" it may be normal for them to do that??? This car also has the factory Air Ride. From my research it seems these models are known for some strut issues. Any recommendations?
I had the same problem with mine at about that mileage, the fix was replacement of both rear shocks and the electronic actuators, cost over $3,000.00 luckily it was covered by warranty.
