09 Lexus LS460 AWD Rear Thud??

I have a 2010 AWD and am hearing the same noise. I just picked the car up three days ago. I made a service appointment with Bay Ridge Lexus in Brooklyn. Let's see how this goes

Just got car over the weekend. Bought it used. It has 68k miles and is CPO.
I noticed when driving this weekend if a road has a drop off or a bump that both tires hit it sounds like the rear suspension bottoms out (thud sound).
I had to take the car back to the dealer for them to fix some scratches and I mentioned this to them. I told them I wanted it checked out.
Our sales person said he spoke with the tech and he claimed the for the "AWD" it may be normal for them to do that??? This car also has the factory Air Ride. From my research it seems these models are known for some strut issues.
Any recommendations?

Shocks,struts,accuators all replaced at 85000 from same noise right rear under warranty when get home will pull bill do some research this was a problem but they will tell you it's common
