Congrats, and welcome to this prestigious forum of friends. I also want to know if there's any reason behind spray painting your rims black, or if that's just the style nowadays. I say this because where I work I see a lot of people come through with black spray painted rims.

you can use plasti dip which is reversible. the advantage of darker rims is that brake dust is less visible.

Just seen someone come through that had his rims spray painted red on a challenger. Now that's prolly a first for me because I'm used to seeing them black. Haven't seen any heavy break dust accumulated on me rims. Is that like a problem with the LS, because I did see it a lot on my other cars after like a week of driving. So far really nothing on my LS and I've owned it for about a month already (I did clean it last week but didn't notice any break dust build-up)

Congrats! Beautiful LS 460L and you got it for a good price. You have freed yourself from the heavy ball and chain that comes with owning a BMW 7 series. The LS is a automobile you will love to drive and own. Excellent choice.
