What is it?
Under dash right above gas pedal is a **** switch and a push button switch that saids "set".
Easy to see if you look under the dash.

Wanted to pull the bottom of the dash off to see what I have to work with if install a remote radar detector. Unsure if I can pull anything off without looking at a shop manual. There is a Knee air bag there that also has me worried

That's to reset your TPMS sensors.

No, the **** is to adjust the volume of the beeper (the beeping you hear when you arm the alarm, lock the doors, etc).
