I've had mine in on a 2007 with Mark L stereo for over a month. I'm using it in CD changer emulation mode with a 120GB ipod / USB.

I noticed today that after I shut the car off and come back later, it does resume at the last song being played but starts the track OVER. Anyone else notice this?

Thoughts?

That is correct...same thing on mine...who wants a tune to start somewhere else ??

I would like it to resume at the point the song was playing, as the HD does, CD's do, DVD's, etc.
Does yours really do this too? Can't tell your level of sarcasm.

Arvid, Vaistech told me they think I need to be in cd-mp3 emulation mode - how are you running yours?

Shawn...I run it in cd-mp3 emulation mode....and I can not say that it does this new start on this every time...but at least does it when the car has been standing for days....I use a Ipod Touch 64 Gb (4th Gen.)....

Actually I'm running mine in CD-MP3 mode as well; what threw me off is the fact that it still reads "CD Changer - MP3" at the top left. Full true "CD CHANGER" mode doesn't show any file information; it's like flying blind.

I've now tried 2 separate ipods and both of them start the song over. The VAIStech unit I had with my 2004 LS430 didn't do this.
