Default Is there a way to take off center caps without taking the wheel off?

Just got a set of new center caps for my VIP Modular wheels. But I was wondering if it was possible to take the center caps off without actually taking the wheels off?

The safest way is take em off there just held in by clips but there in the back you can risk messing up your finish in the wheel.

I tried searching for a way on google and it landed me to a video on youtube. This guy used velcro to tape onto the center cap to pop it off. I figured a suction cup would work better. So I got a strong suction cup and just popped it off.

Stubborn little cap. I tried to hit it with my palm, my foot, a rubber mallet and still wouldn't go in. For how expensive these wheels are, I seem to be having a lot of issues.
