Theres more to a car than miles and year. The color combo and options make a huge difference. With that being said unless it has 4 way seating with ottoman I would not pay more than 42 and even then you may not want the 4 way seating and that could be a con.

NADA value for a
CPO with that mileage on it is $48,925
clean trade in is $42,900.

There is lots of piece of mind and value when purchased as a CPO vehicle.

with all the ish the Hybrid has on it, CPO is a must for me. My last 460 had a third party warranty I never used. I have already had $3K in CPO repairs. Standard stuff for the LS, nothing crazy. New control arms, power mirror and radar cruise brake module. I paid for the extended CPO to give me 5yrs and 125K miles, so I coverage until 2017 on my 08 LS600..I'm at 58K miles now...the best part about it is I have already made that money back and then some. I know the air suspension is probably going to have issues at some point before then, so there is another potential $5K of covered repairs (assuming all struts will need replacement)
