Default Passenger window problem

My battery got too low and messed up my passenger window after charged
The issue now is...the strangest issue I've seen.. The passenger window!
If I push the down button where it will automatically go down it just goes down and stops about an inch from hitting the bottom, If I push the up button to automatically go up BUT it will automatically goes down by itself when it hit the top and stop about an inch from bottom..
If I push the button soft to go up slowly and then let go the button when it reach the top it will stay..
Like I said it will not go down all the way, stop about an inch from bottom.

WTF, anyone seen or heard this problem?
Someone told me that there a way to reset it ???

You have to roll the windows up and down a few time and they will reset.

OK guys I fixed my window issue.
Call dealer and was told that whenever your car lost power or replacing battery you might have this problem losing memory of your passenger, rear door windows. They told me to let the window goes all the way to top (not Auto mode) and keep holding the power window button for 2 second and that re-intialize.
Even thou I got my problem fixed but my opinion that is BS that you have to do that.

Default Window problem

All Toyota's and Lexus vehicles I have owned that has been the reset policy. How do you find that to be so bad?

With the amount of money that we pay for these cars I personnally think that it is just one of the tricks that they use to get more out of our pocket. Just like I said "only my opinion, that's all"

Did you have to pay for the dealer's help? Even my 99 GS did this.
