Got my wheels installed. Are my calipers supposed to be this close?

If it doesnt touch you have nothing to worry about. But if it makes you feel a little better..get a 3mm Akata Hubcentric spacer and you are good..been running those with ZERO issues and only about $30 for pair..they are on ebay. You need the 5x120 60.1mm hubcentric version..it should pull up on ebay search

No the calipers won't move. Everything is enclosed in the caliper housing. Again if it doesn't rub don't worry about it. You don't even have to run a spacer for peace of mind because it won't make a difference. The reason you have that face is because you'll get the biggest lip from it. The rear looks fine. If you try to put that rear up front it won't clear the caliper.

he means look at the back of the wheel hub:
Front
Rear
I'm building some wheels and the spokes are closer than this
Yours looks fine.....If the company spec them you should be good. Are your wheels torqued down meaning your lug nuts tightened in that picture?

This is more of a wheel spoke design/profile issue than an offset issue. Some spoke designs/profiles offer more caliper clearance than others.
As others have said, keep an eye on it and if it starts showing signs of rubbing, throw a 2-3mm spacer on there.
