Mrexecutiv and lacedlouie on Instagram are currently in the process of doing the 2013+ front end conversion. For now it seems straight forward, just replace the panels and headlights. There are already harness made for the headlight conversion. I'm just waiting to find out about if I can reuse my hood and fender liners and if all panels and headlights mount using prior holes.

You will need the hood and fenders too along with all the trim pieces on the front center and grill.

I researched the transformation and ended up just using the K-Break kit to save time.

I would skip the wing because it ruins the lines of the car and definitely skip the drilled rotors, because those tend to crack. The only useful benefit is looks, but it's not worth having rotors fail.
