There is no real deterrent to theft, if someone really wants the vehicle. The Cars that are stolen most are usually Honda Accords. In general, high end cars and newer cars have more electronics that make it more difficult to steal.

Honestly, buy the cars that you want, the high insurance premiums that you pay is the piece of mind that you have.

Despite the recent theft reported here, the LS460 is extremely difficult to steal - unless it's an inside job as that one appears to have been.

I'd say the LS is pretty hard to steal unless the thief has a flatbed with a spatula type lift attached to it. I saw one of those pick up a slammed Corvette once.
