Does the addition of these parts/accessories (i.e. front spoiler, side skirts, etc.) reduce ground clearance?

So if I live in a place with LOTS of potholes, humps/speed bumps, then I must really drive carefully then (?)

I'm not a big fan of those looks. It's like trying to transform a transatlantic into a speed boat. Kinda like having a Bentley GT Speed. It's still a transatlantic... heavy and slow for "sport" standards. But it's a valid attempt, even though it has zero appeal to me.
