that gauge cluster is pretty damn cool. It is sort of LFAish, the tach is off to the side, you dont really care about rpms in an automatic.

In regards to Audi/BMW, I have confused the models and more so than ever. And like you I'm a car guy

LS 430 was 196 inches long, 2GS 189 inches long. LS was far taller and wider. Lexus used to brag how the LS didn't grow much in length from the 1989 LS but interior room and trunk room was far greater. The LS 430 is deceptively big. (it is a big car!)
7 swb - 200
s swb - 200

so they are all pretty much in the same range.

i actually think bmw does a decent job in sizing the 5 and 7. 7 looks much bigger and bulkier with taller front. i do think 3 and 5 looks pretty close though.

and you are correct, old ls feel big but they aren't actually much bigger than the gs. it's not until ls460 that they really grew in length

I think this is the best looking Lexus in the lineup. Even with the 'small' wheels (The F-Sport that is). That black interior with the black layered wood and aluminum trim, perfect.

I was wrong, the wheel fitment is still bad, offset is too weak.

White on black F sport lokks really good. Somehow, the more I see the taillights, the more it reminds me the F01 7 Series LED tube taillights.

Looks like the F sport doesn't have all the fancy options, the rear is so simple and plain. SO I guess you can't have best of both worlds.

Am I the only one who is very dispointed by the interior and exterior? I think the design is what a Lexus GS should be, but not for Lexus flagship. I hope sun is not setting on Lexus after seem recent GS, ES and now the LS. . I will still keep an open mind and go see the LS in person this Oct.

Yeah it looks like a big slug. Overall I really like the car, especially the interior but I am not overly impressed yet.
