Default Plasti-dip front grill

Another one of those days where i got bored! I used the Plasti-dip i had left over from doing my shark fin antenna and did my entire grill. I intended to peal off the plasti-dip from the lexus L but i decided to leave it. I can always peal it off whenever i want then re-spray it if i like it black again. That's the beauty about plasti-dip. If you guys don't know about plasti-dip look it up on youtube. There's also a guy out there selling complete packages to do this to your entire car at www.dipyourcar.com

That's a spray...you can peel it off? Doesn't look bad.

It's like 4 coats. I'm not too worried about chips and bugs. the product is on the soft side. This guy used a 1800 psi pressure washer on his car and it didn't chip.

wanting to try the same thing.

why not just remove the grill from the car, then spray it?

(no clue what the effort would be)

because it's plasti-dip. With this product you don't need to remove parts. Your masking isnt even supposed to be exact. i actually have a 1/2 inch edge that was exposed so it could just peal off the excess.
