I sold my 18" stock wheels for the 19" five spoke. They go/match with the vehicle wonderfully. I love them.
So many people have after market wheels that make their LS look cheap/trashy and that don't match the LS at all, plus most of the time it just makes owners look like they are trying too hard to look cool. Some wheels out there are great but Gigantic Chrome Lips are out fellas, that big chrome lip was cool in 2002. Stay stock.

LOL...says the guy with the old man wheels with an offset that has the face of the rear wheels 3" from the fender line. They look at our cars in traffic because they look amazing. Nobody would even give a stock LS a second look.
I think what would be a solid compromise would be the 19" touring wheels with spacers. That will give you the best of both worlds

I'm in agreement with most here that the 19's look great with spacers and nice drop, the 18's would look better if they were 19's or 20's. The 18' Telios Chrome or Black Chrome wheels do nothing for me at all.

I bought my LS460 for the ride comfort, not so 16 year old boys would give it looks. It has stock 18s but stock 19s would be fine for me. Yep, I'm an old man.
My SC430s get compliments from young guys all the time. One has stock 18" and the other as upgraded optional Lexus 18" Tourmalines. They both ride very comfortably.
My ex son-in-law put 22's on his Escalade and it rides like cr*p. He also shaves his legs shaves his chest and occasionally you can see his underwear above his pants. After my daughter divorced him he married an ex-stripper who had a pair of double D's installed. I guess he thinks all this makes him look cool.
Like I said, different strokes for different folks. There's nothing wrong with that.
