What does aggressive wheels mean?

What does it mean when wheels fit too aggressive? Can someone explain. I'm fairly new to this..

usually that means they're too wide or the offset is too low, causing rubbing against the outer fender.

when this happens, you can pull the fender or add more camber, or sell the wheels
