To low for my taste personally. Are you on air or do you have the data systems controller ?

i'm thinking he has the data systems controller because he mentioned super low mode and most LWB cars came optioned with air suspension (correct me if i'm wrong)

I think the car looks 100x better when it's lowered, can't wait to lower mine.

The car is lowered via datasystem and is on the lowest settining in these pics. I just installed the module and ran the LCD display to the ashtray and was just playing with the settings to see how low it would go. I drive it on "4" .

How do these air suspension people fare when it comes to alignments? Just wondering if they have better camber numbers when dropped vs us with Coilovers or springs...I am fighting the urge to get an L with air and controller..

I would imagine it just depends on what their ride height is, if their ride height is the same as yours I can't imagine their camber is any better. You can always do a full air ride suspension on your swb just like I'm doing.

you gotta remember when you set camber it is set at a certain height, not multiple heights sooooo, you choose what you like set it and the other setting are just temporary.

bottom line is if the car is dropped the car will go through tires faster. I have had camber and toe arms on my G35 back in the day and it did squat to save the tires. Lowered cars kill tires. You have to pay to play

i'd say it varies -- i have an awesome alignment on my infiniti q45 and i still get pretty good mileage out of my tires, especially since i'm running so much camber. it depends on how good your alignment is, AND how much rubber is left in your stock suspension, AND how much your alignment is setup to compensate for rubber bushing deflection, AND how you drive AND what tire design and compound you have and so on and so forth. if you're able to get 0 toe and keep it there (by switching all of your rubber bushings to urethane or metal) your tires will last a long time, no matter how low your car is.

tl;dr: there are more variables that affect how long your tires last than just lowering, imo

Thx for the comments. My car is an 07 LWB with factory air suspension.

Haven't had an alignment done yet cuz I'm still playing with the ride height. Once I decide which Level I will be riding on, I'll have it aligned and set camber/toe etc. then once I add the 22's, oh yeah theyre coming, I'll do it all again.

Mods done so far are the Daasystem module, nav/video/iPhone bypass by Bluetooth valet, silver star 4000k fogs, silver star 921 Nike & reverse lights and 18% tint. I'm looking at the vossen CV4's . Anyone know when they will be released?
