Just got the dealer down to $37,369.00 I don't think he is going to go any lower. Like I said, the previous owner said they gave him 36,000.00 for the car when he traded it in. So that is only a 1,369.00 difference. You factor in the the marketing costs and probably some money spent reconditioning the car, they are probably making a 1,000.00 on the deal... I just wish the miles were even 10k less and I would be all over this, but I still may have to pull the trigger...

Yeah that is tempting. It is pretty hard to find the exec package cars in general but under $40k is a needle in a haystack. I think the real question is, how long are you willing to wait? You will probably find one with 50k miles under $40 but how long will it take and where will it be located?

If you want the exec package which you do, then this is the one to get! Mileage means nothing on this car as it could literally run to 300K + plus miles. Very reliable cars from what I see my friends have experienced so far. Great color, great options, rare package. GO FOR IT! Killer price too.

This is a great deal IMO and you need to pull the trigger, I agree mileage means nothing....it's a Lexus! Low miles I would think about if I was not going to keep the car loing for resale reasons only, but as a keeper it is a non issue.

Just purchased the car. Test drove it for about 30 miles and went through every function the car has. Car is near flawless from top to bottom to underneath. All she needs is a set of tires and I want to get a full detail tomorrow (hopefully).

If anyone knows a top notch detailer in Atlanta, please let me know ASAP.

I want to thank everyone for their input, it was really helpful in making my final decision. Ill start a new progress/build thread with some high res pics after the detail.

My 2003 GS300 Sportdesign w/ 130k miles may be for sale, pearl white w/ saddle leather interior . I havent fully decided yet...

Thumbs up 2007 Executive

I have one. Price is a function of region and demand. The Executive configuration for an '07 is rare. I heard Lexus only exported about 30,000 '07 LS 460's to the US . Of these, only 2-3% were Executives. Now they must be special ordered from the factory. A salesman once told me that there wasn't much demand for them because of the 4-seat configuration. I asked him how many people drive regularly with 5 people in the car, and how many people want to "ride the hump" in a rear wheel drive car? He admitted I had a point. I think most people balked at the $100K+ new car price tag for a Japanese car

In excellent shape, NADA and Edmunds show them retailing for $46-$48K, with trade-ins about $42K, with typical or lower than typical mileage in the metro Atlanta area. I love mine.

I personally think it's one of the best cars out there for it's price point. I've owned numerous Cadillacs and a Mercedes and this car outshines them IMHO. If you're into style and comfort, this car has it. It ain't perfect but it's a head turner...especially with some nice wheels and a tint job.

I have had the pleasure of seeing, riding and playing with the cool toys in your very CLEAN 460L, (Lexus Meet last April) It is rare that you see one in person and made me wish I had one!

Congratulations on your purchase. Like you, I had to have the Executive Seating Package. If you want that option, you really don't have that many cars in the country to choose from, as there simply aren't that many of them. On top of that, I would only purchase the black on black color combination. When my local Lexus dealer had an 07 CPO with only 19K miles on it two months ago (their asking price was just under $47K), I decided to at least try to purchase the car. When they decided to sell it to me for $41K (the low trade in value was quite a bit higher than this), it was simply FAR too good of a deal for me to pass up. Enjoy the car. It's a sweet ride. That back seat is amazing. It's much nicer than the front seat, so it might be time to find someone to drive you around
