20K? NO WAY....if its 1/4 the price i would jump on it, but it seems pretty legit...the toms limiter remover seems to have too many risks so, unless its going to be a full on race car i wouldnt bother with it...
the carbon fiber engine bay is AWESOME!! if they made a version that didnt have the SC cutout i would consider that
