How do you turn the ECON dash light off?
Hello!!! New to the forum. The wife and I just brought home her new LS460L and she really hates that ECON light in the dash. We both read the manuals and we found several references to why it is there but none on how to turn it off. I can get the on off toggle to come up in the display but we can't get it to the off position. Any help would be appreciated.
This car sure is a step up from her ES350 in ride and comfort. I think we will really enjoy it.

Read the Owner's Manual - this and a lot more stuff you need to know is in there.
Set aside a couple hours to read it cover to cover - you will gain much confidence in being the master of this complicated machine.
edit - I see I'm giving advice to a hit and run noob who never even came back after posting is question back in 2011.
I hate these idiots.
